22, 2394-2396 Link to proposed changes in rules
The
Board has voted to approve proposed changes and submit rules to Rules Review
Commission for final approval of the following rules:
21 NCAC 22F .0202;
21 NCAC 22F .0208; and
21 NCAC 22L .0101.
Rules Review Commission Meeting:
Date: Thursday, August 18, 2016
Proposed Effective
Date: October 1, 2016, except for Rule 22F .0208 which
will be effective January 1, 2017.
